2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between WrittenForYou (hereinafter "the Provider") and any individual or legal entity placing an order on the website writtenforyou.online (hereinafter "the Client").

The Provider offers a personalized writing service for wedding-related texts: speeches, vows, and announcement texts.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Client acknowledges having read them before completing their purchase.

4. Services and Pricing

The services offered and their prices are as follows:

Wedding Speeches:

  • Standard: $39 — 2-3 minute speech, 1 revision
  • Premium: $69 — 5-7 minute speech, 2 revisions
  • Prestige: $99 — 8-10 minute speech, unlimited revisions, coaching

Wedding Vows:

  • Standard: $29 — Personalized vows, 1 revision
  • Premium: $49 — In-depth vows, 2 revisions
  • Couple Pack: $79 — 2 sets of vows, unlimited revisions

Announcement Texts:

  • Single Text: $19 — 1 personalized text, 1 revision
  • Complete Pack: $69 — Invitation + Save the Date + Thank You, unlimited revisions

Rush Express Option: +$30 (delivery in under 1 hour instead of 24 hours).

Prices are listed in USD, tax included. As a French micro-entrepreneur, the Provider is exempt from VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

5. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed after:

  • Full payment by credit card through the secure Stripe payment platform.
  • Submission of the completed questionnaire by the Client.

The Provider does not store any banking data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (stripe.com).

6. Delivery Times

The text is delivered by email in PDF format within the following timeframes, starting from receipt of the completed questionnaire and payment:

  • Standard delivery: 24 hours.
  • Rush delivery: under 1 hour.

If the delivery deadline is not met, the Client may request a full refund.

7. Revisions

Revisions are included depending on the chosen package. A revision consists of modifications to the delivered text (additions, deletions, or rewrites of passages) at the Client's request.

Revision requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Beyond this period, revisions are no longer guaranteed.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's agreement.

By placing an order and submitting the questionnaire, the Client expressly agrees that the service begins immediately and waives their right of withdrawal.

9. Refund Policy

A full refund is granted in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery of the text within the agreed timeframe.
  • Manifest non-conformity of the delivered text compared to the questionnaire (after all included revisions have been exhausted).

No refund is possible after delivery of the personalized digital product, except in the cases mentioned above. The Client acknowledges that the text is a custom product, created specifically from their personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

The text delivered to the Client becomes their property after full payment. The Client is free to use, modify, and distribute it as they wish.

The Provider undertakes not to reuse, publish, or resell delivered texts.

11. Confidentiality

The Provider undertakes to treat all information provided by the Client (anecdotes, memories, personal data) with the strictest confidentiality. This information will never be shared, published, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.

12. Data Protection

In accordance with the GDPR, the Client's personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Client has the right to access, rectify, delete, and port their data.

13. Liability

The Provider is committed to delivering a quality service. Liability is limited to the amount of the order. The Provider shall not be held liable for the use made of the text by the Client.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute.

Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Toulouse, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
